I have read and analyzed the alleged manifesto of Elias Rodriguez, the suspected shooter in the Washington, D.C., incident on May 21, 2025. I am not going to quote the full manifest here but it starts with the sentence "Halintar is a word that means something like thunder or lightning".
1.) "Halintar" is a fictional continent in a Dungeons & Dragons homebrew campaign with no inherent connection to "thunder or lightning".
2.) "Halilintar" means "thunderbolt or lightning" in Indonesian and was the name of a pro-Indonesian militia which supported the occupation of East Timor.
It seems very strange and out of place to begin a supposedly anti-imperialist manifest with the name of a militia which participated in a campaign of ethnic cleansing and oppression to prevent the independence of East Timor.
